All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If you see a piece of jewelry on the website that you would like to buy, contact me and let me know the item number(s) of the pieces you want. I can also send you pictures of similar pieces if you would like to see more of a particular design or favorite stone.
I accept Visa, MasterCard. I also except check or money order, If you send a check, or a money order, your order will be sent out after your check or M.O. clears the bank (usually 5-7 business days). A $25.00 charge will be applied for all returned checks due to non-sufficient funds. Make checks payable to Keri Hayes.
Sales tax applies to items shipped to Colorado addresses.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. USPS Priority Mail or UPS will be used for all shipments. Should you need immediate delivery, we can ship overnight for additional costs.
Your order will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. When paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until payment has been received and cleared.
Email notification will go out to you when your item(s) are shipped.
I take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery. Though I am not responsible for items broken or mishandled once the item has been shipped, if your order should arrive damaged in any way please contact me and I will make arrangements for return and replacement.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any $$amount.
Guarantee
Any item purchased, except for earrings may be returned for a full refund less cost of original shipping. I will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of original shipment. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If any piece arrives damaged, contact me immediately, either by phone or email and it will be replaced as quickly as possible. Instructions for returning the broken piece will be provided at that time. In the case of special orders, we can discuss whether a refund will be given or a new piece created. Custom orders and sale-items are non-refundable.
